| Steve Collett, BS, ACSM
A graduate of Appalachian State University with a degree in Exercise Science and a member of the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) since 1990, Steve has been educating thousands of people on the importance of a healthy lifestyle. Steve developed Enhancing Health, Inc. with his wife and business partner Lisa in 1996 to promote its mission, “Provide the individual with an education on the principles of exercise, the importance of proper nutrition and the benefits from therapeutic massage.” Steve has over 20 years of experience in developing health and fitness programs for all ages and abilities as well as designing fitness centers ranging in size from 800 sq. ft. to over 3000 sq. ft. for hospitals and companies, including Gwinnett Health Systems, Inc. and Mizuno. Knowing the importance of heart health and the need for expert advice, Steve increased his knowledge by becoming a registered cardiovascular sonographer through Cardiovascular Credentialing International and is working closely with cardiologists to develop heart healthy programs for the community. In addition, Steve has written and published a book, The FITT Golfer, that caters to the golfing community to promote the importance of proper exercise and nutrition. |

| Herb Ricks, CPT
Herb Ricks is certified through the American Muscle and Fitness Master Trainer Program and is also certified through the National Federation of State High School Associates in cooperation with the American Sports Education Program. This certification allows him to coach high school athletics anywhere in the United States. Herb has been training clients since 1983 and has the ability to train all levels of fitness including youth, senior adults and professional athletes. |

| Tovan Wiley, MS, ATC, LAT
With a Master's Degree in Higher Education Administration from The University of Nevada and a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Exercise Science from The University of Tampa, Tovan has extensive Athletic Training experience at the collegiate, high school and clinical settings. In addition to providing rehabilitative services to injured athletes and individuals, Tovan has a passion for leading an active lifestyle and enjoys encouraging and helping others of all ages to lead an active and healthier lifestyle. |

| Grant Hughes, Personal Trainer
Grant Hughes was born and raised in Calhoun City, Mississippi. After struggling with weight most of his life, he has experienced first hand the benefits of exercise after losing over 100 pounds in an 18 month period and competing in a bodybuilding competition. He attended the University of Mississippi and graduated with a B.S. in Exercise Science with a minor in biology. After graduation he began work with Gold's Gym in Macon, Ga. as an assistant manager. He has been working in the fitness industry as a manager and personal trainer since 1996. Grant is currently certified with the National Strength and Conditioning Association and the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Grant has been married to his wife Jennifer for over 3 years and they have two daughters, Abigail and Isabella. |

| Mindy Simmons MS, ATC, LAT, CSCS
With a Master’s Degree in General Education from Elmira College and a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Exercise Science from the University of Tampa, Mindy has been an Athletic Trainer for colleges/universities, professional sports teams, high schools and clinics. In addition to caring for those who are injured, Mindy is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist who enjoys educating, motivating, and guiding people to achieve a healthier lifestyle. |

| Samantha Domingo, LMT, CMT, NMT
Samantha Domingo received her training from the Atlanta School of Massage. Her years of training include Deep Tissue Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, Positional Release, Medical Massage, Swedish Massage and Reflexology. She is a Professional Member of the American Massage Therapy Association and is certified through the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. She continues to study in the field of Massage Therapy so she can bring the best of what the field has to offer and tailor specific therapies for each individual. Samantha is passionate about the healing art of Massage Therapy and welcomes the opportunity to work with you in your quest for healing and optimum health. |

| Janet Anne Estok, LMT, NMT
Janet, a graduate of the Atlanta School of Massage, is Nationally Certified and is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). She specializes in Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, and Neuromuscular Therapy. She educates her clients on the importance of stretching as part of a daily routine. Janet is passionate about massage therapy and believes that it is essential for overall wellness of mind and body. |

| Nancy Witwer, Nutrition Coach
Nancy earned her diploma in comprehensive nutrition from Huntington College of Health Sciences. Her education was concentrated in health promotion, weight management, eating disorders, herbal and supplement values, women’s nutrition, sports nutrition, prenatal and adolescent obesity. Nancy enjoys gourmet cooking and assists her clients with healthy recipes and shopping tips. .

Gena Kay Shealy, Founder and President of WorkLife Solutions, LLC is a skilled speaker, trainer and coach who brings humor and fun to her workshops while asking the tough questions. She earned her BS Ed. from the University of Georgia and her Masters degree in Counseling from the University of Tennessee. She is certified in the Essi Systems StressMap® Program and uses a wholistic approach to stress management which includes the mind, body and spirit. |
